poor customer service

I came across this blogshop. I paid for more den the postage amt, and seller mentioned will refund the excess amt since last fri. Till now no refund was deposited into my bank acct.

basically u think i am just joking with u for the $4. Be responsible to the customers. This is what we get for the after sell customser service.
 
now coming to 12pm, and still no email for you.
and u think ur that extra $2 will make a great deal to us
